My first corporate catering event!

This was something new...  I prepared LOTS of cakes, petits fours and shortbread circles for an award event for an  Irvine business. Whew, quite a sea of cakes!

Alyssa's Wedding Shower

I made these mini cakes and shortbread hearts for a wedding shower my daughter-in-law hosted at her house for her friend Alyssa. I'm sure they all had a wonderful time!




The decorations on the cakes were done in Alyssa's wedding colors, and, you could say this was a test run  because Alyssa has asked me to do all the mini desserts for her wedding coming up in October!

Alyssa and Scott's big day will be here very soon and I know Alyssa is going to be a beautiful bride!
