Cake for Julienne's Birthday

I made a lemon birthday cake with soft royal icing for Julienne's special birthday. Doesn't she look lovely :-) Amazing lady!

Lunch with Friends :-)

I hosted a little luncheon (with cakes of course!) for my friend's Linda and Julienne. Here's a couple of photos of the table. Unfortunately, I didn't get chance to take any photos of the food :-( we were too busy eating, visiting and having a good time, but luckily Linda and Julienne took one or two!

Shower for Baby Jaidyn

Another baby granddaughter is expected for my friend Flo! She's going to be one busy grandma very soon :-) Her daughter-in-law, Jen, is also expecting a baby girl, Jaidyn, and again, I was so excited to be asked to cater a shower "tea" for Jen and all her guests.

Because you can't see them too well from the photos, here's a few pics of all the fondant cake decorations I made before adding them to the cakes. All were hand made by me; baby booties, bibs, bottles, rattles, roses, and a sleeping baby for the cake centerpiece (before she was wrapped in a blanket!)

Another lovely day I was honored to be a part of. Thank you Flo for inviting me to be a part of this special day. Congratulations to Jen and Jason! I can't wait to meet Jack's baby sister, Jaidyn :-)

Shower for Baby Lilly

I'm so thrilled for my friend, Flo, that her daughter, Jill, is pregnant!! I was delighted to be asked to make some cakes for the baby shower. By request from mommy Jill I made a "pregnant belly" cake, some mini cupcakes and cake pops. What a cute shower, it was such a fun afternoon!
