Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving! This year was such a wonderful Thanksgiving for me and my family because my sister came all the way from England to share it with us. We all had such a great time and had much to be thankful for. We feasted on all the usual things, turkey, potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, etc., as well as lots of wonderful desserts... pumpkin pie, pecan pie, cookies, jam tarts and mince pies, brownies, and, of course, trifle. My 3 year old granddaughter tasted no less than FIVE different desserts! She loves her desserts just like Gamma! I think she's in training to help me with my tea business :)
My sister returned to England just before all the airports closed down due to the very bad weather they are having this winter!! Thank goodness she got home safe and sound.
